From a license publisher to a SaaS publisher
A transformation carried out without ever losing sight of our clients
CRYSTAL IT was born in the early 2000s in Rabat, driven by a simple conviction: Moroccan businesses deserve management software designed for their professions, their regulations and their daily reality. For more than a decade, our WinDev-developed solutions equipped hundreds of practices, dealerships and companies across the Kingdom, in sectors as demanding as insurance and automotive.
This license model had proven itself, but it was showing its limits: workstation-by-workstation deployments, inconsistent versions from one client to another, fragile local backups. Rather than piling on patches, we made a demanding, deliberate choice: to completely rewrite our products as web applications — hosted, secured and maintained by us.
Today, this shift is complete. CRYSTAL IT is a 100% SaaS publisher, backed by an ecosystem of four products and the industry experience accumulated over more than 20 years. Better still: our long-standing clients followed us throughout this transformation — the finest proof of trust there is, and the foundation on which we now build our AI-augmented solutions.

CRYSTAL IT was born as a publisher of licensed management software, developed with WinDev for Moroccan businesses.
2004 — 2015
Industry expertise

The SaaS shift
Progressive rewriting of the solutions as hosted web applications: an end to on-workstation installs, making way for subscription and continuous updates.
