Both. Alongside our own software (CRYSTAL ASSUR IA, Crystal Auto, Crystal ERP, Easy Print), our teams design and build fully custom projects: business software, ERP, websites and web applications, mobile apps, AI agents, integrations and infrastructure. Being a publisher forces us to write code we will have to maintain ourselves for years: that is the standard we apply to your projects.
How does a project unfold, from idea to go-live?
In five steps: scoping workshops, mockups and architecture validated with you, development sprints delivered on a test environment, acceptance against written criteria, then go-live with skills transfer. You see working software at every stage, and the quote is detailed per batch.
How much does custom development cost and how long does it take?

Which technologies do you use?

Who owns the delivered code?
You do. We work in code repositories that belong to you, the assignment of rights is written into the contract, and each delivery comes with its documentation and an inventory of the components used. Another team can take over the project: a client who owns their code is a client free to stay for the right reasons.
Do you provide maintenance and support after delivery?
Yes. We offer a corrective and evolutive maintenance contract: fixes, security updates of dependencies, monitoring of your environments, backups, training of your teams and a named contact. Improvements are priced per batch, with no licence to renegotiate since the software is yours.
Is my data protected and compliant with regulations?
